“JUPITER”

An ode to Jupiter’s many rings, this classy act explores the exuberance of feeling centered— spinning in axis, with rotating circles around me.

“FEELING GOOD”

This soul/jazz act is about confidence, sensuality, self-love, and self-empowerment. Using movements that blend strength and grace, I celebrate female sexuality and desire.

Note that this video is from a pre-show run-through with a new winch operator, so there are moments when I’m quickly instructing the operator to lower/raise the lyra 😉

“FEMI MO”

This emotional spiral act is about fighting through loss and abandonment (and that tornado of feelings), to find peace and move forward. Despite the heavy topic, it’s also just a slow, hypnotic act that is suitable for corporate functions.

Rigging requirements: If booking is local to Cape Town, this spiral will need to be rented from Zip Zap circus & transported. Otherwise, an aerial spiral of 2.5m+ height is needed on site. As all spirals are welded slightly differently, I will need minimum 1 hour (ideally 1 day) of rehearsal time to adapt the act as needed.

“A LITTLE WICKED”

This act is all power and sass – warning the audience to never underestimate a bad (b/w)itch.

Can be performed on small stages on low, static points.

Rigging requirements: Min height 4m. No winch/pulley needed (but can be added in for more drama).

“I PUT A SPELL ON YOU”

This act, to Brandi Carlile's rendition of "I Put on a Spell on You," is a spin on the classic. Here, my movements echo the music— both the slow, soulful, witchy melody, interrupted by the fast, frenetic spoken word refrain in the middle. Can be performed on small stages on low, static points.

“TALKING IN YOUR SLEEP”

This performance evokes an unsettling, surreal dreamscape, as I ascend and twirl with an eerie grace.

Best shown in dim lighting. Can be performed in a shallow pool of water or on solid ground.
